rtistic ("the App") is developed and published by Unemployed Arts. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This privacy policy explains our practices regarding data collection and use.

The App operates entirely on your device. All drawings, photos, and creative work remain stored locally on your device and are never uploaded to our servers or shared with third parties.
Camera and Photo Library Access
The App requests permission to access your device's camera and photo library solely to enable you to:
Take photos to convert into drawing or coloring pages
Select existing photos from your library for the same purpose
These permissions are optional. You can use the App's core features without granting camera or photo library access. Any photos you choose to use are processed locally on your device and are not transmitted or stored by us.
Local Network Discovery (Future Feature)
A planned future feature may allow users to discover and share their work with other devices on the same local network (such as a home Wi-Fi network). This feature will:
Be entirely optional and disabled by default
Only function when explicitly enabled by you
Only share data with devices on your local network that you choose to connect with
Not transmit any data outside your local network or to our servers
Third-Party Services
The App does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
Children's Privacy
The App does not knowingly collect any personal information from children or adults. All data remains on the user's device.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
Data Security
Since all your data remains on your device, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any backups. We recommend following best practices for device security, including using passcodes and keeping your operating system up to date.
